2015: He did not compete during the indoor season ... Competed in the 5000m at the UC Irvine Steve Scott Invitational and finished 10th with a time of 14:34.60
 
2014: The NAU men's top freshman... Scored in three events during the Big Sky Indoor Championships... Took sixth in the mile at the conference indoor championships... Finished seventh in the 3000m run at Big Sky Indoors... Helped the men's DMR team to a silver medal at the conference indoor championships... Competed at just three meets during the outdoor season before being sidelined due to injury...
 
High School: A very decorated track and cross country athlete... Won state championships in the 3200m, 1600m, 800m and cross country... Career-best in the 3200m with a time of 8:51 and the mile with a time of 4:09.
 
Personal: Born to Ted and Margaret Trouard on April 22, 1994... Chose NAU because of the coaching staff and being in the greatest running town.
