2015: Was a two-time All-Big Sky honoree at the Big Sky Indoor Championships ... Placed second in the women's mile with time of 5:03.27 and second in the women's distance medley relay ... Posted a career-best mile time of 4:51.43 when she finished 12th overall at the Iowa State Classic ... Finished second in the 3000m at the Friday Night Duals with a career-best time of 10:47.66. 

2014: Competed at four meets during the indoor season for the Lumberjacks ... Helped the women's DMR team to to a fourth place finish at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 12:15.61 ... Also competed in the mile run at the Big Sky Indoor Championships, finishing 13th with a time of 5:09.14 ... Did not compete during the outdoor season

2013: Redshirt season

2012: Led the Lumberjacks during the indoor season in the 800 meters and the mile with season-bests at the Big Sky Championships in both events ... Time of 2:11.71 in the 800m was the third-best in the Big Sky all season, and her mile time of 4:52.41 was fifth in the conference ... Finished fourth in both the 800m and mile at Big Sky Indoors ... Burst onto the national steeplechase scene during outdoors as part of a sensational freshman year ... Ended the season with the 12th-best time in the country for the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:05.80), which she set at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships as part of a silver-medal performance ... Earned Second-Team All America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Des Moines, Iowa, with a 16th-place finish and a time of 10:22.82 ... Also led the team in the 1,500 meters (4:23.46) after a fourth-place finish at Big Sky Outdoors ... Ran a season-best in the 800 meters (2:12.83) at the Beach Invitational in Cerritos, Calif.

High School/Club: Won award for best athlete in her club (IFK Halmstead) for five consecutive years (2007-2011) ... Holds club records in the 800m, 1500m, and 2000m steeplechase ... Set a district record in the 2000m steeplechase in 2011
