2013 Track & Field: Ran in four meets, including the Big Sky Indoor Championships, during his second indoor season ... Best showing of the regular season in the mile came at the New Mexico Don Kirby Open (4:08.56@) ... Scored in the mile with a seventh-place finish at Big Sky Indoors ... Nabbed All-Big Sky honors as part of the third-place distance medley relay squad, in which he ran the mile leg, to close out his NAU career ... Redshirted outdoors, then announced in May that he would be transferring to Colorado State.
2012 Cross Country: Competed three times in the regular season in his sophomore campaign ... Best finish on the team was fifth at the George Kyte Classic, taking seventh overall in a time of 25:40.9 ... Ran in his second Big Sky Championships, coming in 29th overall (26:40.5), an improvement of 16 places and over 70 seconds from 2011.
2012 Track & Field: Competed as a freshman in both the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Had the fourth best marks on the team in the 800-meter and mile runs in the indoor season ... Best indoor showing in the 800m came at the Mtn. T’s Invite where he ran 1:53.88@ and took medalist honors ... Finished fourth in the mile at the Big Sky Championships in 4:07.38@, and also scored in the 800m with another fourth-place finish ... Also ran the 800-meter leg of NAU’s Big Sky Champion distance medley squad ... Was third on the team in the 800 and second in the 1,500-meter run during the outdoor season ... Scored in both events at the Big Sky Championships with a seventh-place effort in the 800 and a sixth-place mark in the 1,500.
2011 Cross Country: Opened up his Lumberjack career with a fifth-place finish at the Dave Murray Invitational ... Traveled as NAU’s No. 7 runner to the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jam- boree, finishing in 26:05.34 (118th) ... Competed at the Big Sky Championships and battled through flu symtoms to finish 45th (27:54.56).
High School: Graduated in 2011 after competing all four years as part of the track and field and cross country teams for the Castle View Sabercats ... Earned three MVP awards during his junior and senior years, one in track and field (2011) and two in cross country (2009, 2010) ... Holds his school records in the 800-meter, the mile, and the 2-mile races, as well as the cross country 5K ... Was also a part of the school-record 4x800-meter relay team and the distance medley squad... Gar- nered four All-State honors, three for track and field (2008, 2009, 2010) and one for cross country (2009) ... Placed in the top ten at the 4A state meet all four years in the mile run, in- cluding a runner-up finish his junior year
