2013: Competed for the first time after a late-2011 knee injury ... Helped the men's 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at Big Sky Indoors ... Indoor season-best 400-meter dash time (49.72) came at the NAU Tune-Up ... Set a lifetime best in the 200-meter dash (22.43) at the Double Dual ... Improved in the 400 meters, running his outdoor best of 49.51 at the Sun Angel Classic ... Closed out sophomore campaign with a seventh-place finish as part of the 4x400-meter relay at Big Sky Outdoors.

2012: Did not compete.

2011: Did not compete during indoor season (redshirt) ... Finished outdoor season with a Big Sky Championship as a member of the 4x400-meter relay, a third-place mark as part of the 4x100-meter relay team, and a seventh-place finish in the 400m at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships ... Ran season best time at BSC in the 400m (48.96) ... Competed in four other events during the outdoor season for the Lumberjacks ... Earned a personal best time in the 200m at the Sun Devil Open with a 22.85 ... Also helped lock up the 4x400m win at the New Mexico Tailwind Invite.

High School: Graduated from Show Low High School in 2010 … Lettered four years on the football, wrestling and track teams, serving as the captain on each team his senior year … Won the Arizona 3A State Championship in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50 seconds flat in 2010 … Named the Show Low High athlete of the year … A member of one football state championship team, and two track championship teams … Part of the record-breaking 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays at Show Low.

Personal: Born to Troy and Kristin Bell on Dec. 15, 1991 … Has four siblings, Brandi, Brianne, Sophie and C.J. … Also considered attending Azusa Pacific, Wittier, Redlands and Eastern New Mexico before choosing NAU.
