High School: Two-sport athlete at Atrisco Heritage Academy: basketball and track & field … Three-year starter and letterwinner in each sport … During the 2015-16 academic season, she was named “Student Athlete of the Year,” basketball’s “Most Valuable Player,” and All-Conference … The district champion in the high jump event in 2016 … Became AHA’s first female to place third or higher at state championships in a field event   

Personal: Born on January 24, 1998 … Has two siblings: Nicolas and Anaya … Favorite hobby is writing … Person she admires most is her mother because “she has been a great motivator in my life” … Most exciting moment she remembers is placing third at state championships her junior season and placing second during her senior year … Chose NAU because of the great motion design program, the fact it experiences four seasons and it’s not too far from family
