2025 Outdoor: Opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the 10k at the Stanford Invitational with a personal best of 32:33.18... At the APU Franson Last Chance Meet, she placed second the in the 5k with a time of 15:45.86... Won the 1,500-meters (4:20.94) and the 5k (16:03.08, meet record) at the Big Sky Championships... Placed 19th in the 5k at the NCAA Division I West First Round (16:19.13). 

2025 Indoor: Finished first at the Friday Night Axe ‘Em Open with a mile time of 4:51.14… Placed sixth at the Lumberjack Team Challenge with a mile time of 4:48.27… Placed first with a 3000 meter time of 9:50.00… Ran a 5000 meter time of 15:21.43 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic to finish tenth… Finished third at the 2025 Husky Classic with a personal best 3000 meter time of 8:41.07… Placed third at the  2025 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship with a personal best 800 meter time of 2:10.84… Ran a mile time of 4:51.96 to place second… Finished eighth at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships with a 3000 meter time of 9:04.01… Placed fourth with a personal best 5000 meter time of 15:08.07.

2024 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2024 Indoor: Finished 17th in the 5,000-meter at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener with a time of 15:38.11…Placed third in the 5,000-meter at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a time of 16:32.86.

2023 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2023 Indoor: Ran a school and conference record time of 15:33.74 in the 5K at the Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener…Finished first in the 3K at the NAU Tune Up with a time of 9:46.28…Member of the Big Sky Champion distance medley relay team which set a new conference championship record with a time of 11:31.98…Finished second in the 3K at the Big Sky Conference Championships with a personal best time of 9:21.50…Competed at the NCAA National Championships, finishing 11th in the 5K with a time of 16:34.04 to earn second team All-American honors.

2022 Outdoor: Finished 20th in the 5K at NCAA West Regional Preliminaries (16:31.90)...Big Sky 1500-meter Champion (4:24.67)...Placed third in the 5K at Big Sky Championships (17:00.09)...Ran personal best 800-meter time of 2:11.52 at the Desert Heat Classic...Set personal best 1500-meter time of 4:20.36 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...Ran 5K personal best time of 15:55.43 at the Stanford Invitational.

Why did you choose NAU?

I loved the team atmosphere and thought Flagstaff was pretty radical.
