2023 Outdoor: Competed in four meets throughout the season…Ran a time of 33:03.07 in her first-ever 10K at the Stanford Invitational, the second-fastest 10K in school history…Ran a personal best 5K time of 15:53.19 at the Bryan Clay Invitational to finish fourth…Placed third in the 5K at the Big Sky Championships…Competed in the 5K and the 10K at the NCAA West Regional, finishing 20th in the 5K and 24th in the 10K.

2023 Indoor: Competed in three meets…Finished third in the 3K at the Ron Mann Classic…Was the Big Sky runner-up in the 5K after running a time of 16:39.37…Finished fourth in the 3K at the Big Sky Championships after running a personal best time of 9:31.90.

2022 Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 5,000-meter race at NCAA West Regional Preliminaries (16:22.13)...Big Sky 5K Champion (16:37.14)...Ran personal best 1500-meter time of 4:29.19 at the Desert Heat Classic...Set 5K personal best time of 16:14.86 at the Stanford Invitational.

2022 Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter at Big Sky Championships with a personal best time of 9:49.33...Finished fourth in the 5,000-meter with a personal best of 16:53.23 at Big Sky Championships.

2021 Outdoor: Set personal best in 1500m with a time of 4:36.68 at Big Sky Championships...Ran a 5K personal best time of 17:49.35 at Big Sky Championships.

2020 Indoor: Placed 1st with DMR team at Big Sky Championships...Set personal best and placed 6th in 3K with 9:59.69 at Big Sky Championships...Placed 7th in Mile with 5:01.52 at Big Sky Championships.

2019: Redshirted.

High School: Ran a personal best 1,600-meter time of 4:59...Ran a personal best 3,200-meter time of 10:35...Ran a personal best cross country 5K time of 17:43.

TF/XC Accomplishments: 7th at 2018 Big Sky XC Conference Championships...2018 Big Sky XC Freshman of the Year.

Why did you choose NAU?

I chose NaU because of the location, the people, the coaches, and the importance of a team culture.Looking back as a junior, I couldn't have made a better decision or choice in team. I am so incredibly blessed to be here in Flagstaff and a part of this amazing team. 

Academic: Majoring in Special & Elementary Education.

Personal: Daughter of Lisa and Kevin...Sister to Macie...Birthday is December 24.
