2011 Cross Country: Competed in his first ever cross country season, and found surprising success in five races ... Best finish came at the Dave Murray Invitational, where he led the Lumberjacks with a fourth-place overall (21:33.0) finish ... Notched a top-50 finish at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (25:08.34) and a top-100 finish at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational (24:49) ... Closed out his only cross country campaign at the NCAA Mountain Regionals in 43rd (31:48.3) and the NCAA Championships in 180th (31:30.9).
2011 Track & Field: In only his second indoor season, came out with a bang by setting personal-best indoor times in the 1500m (5th place) and 3000m (18th place) at the New Mexico Collegiate Invitational by running 4:20.55 and 8:56.02, respectively ... Collected a pair of 5th place finishes at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships in the 800m and 1500m ... Continued his success into the outdoor season by setting another PR, this time in the 400-meter run at the Willie Williams Classic ... Finished up his junior campaign with two more PRs in the 800-meter run and 1500-meter run at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, including a 3:50.05 time in the 1500m, good enough for 5th place.
2010 Track & Field: Running in uniform for the first time with the Lumberjacks, saw actionin four indoor meets … Competed in three events at the Big Sky Indoor Championships,including the record-setting men's distance medley relay in which he ran the first leg of1200m … Made it through to the finals of the mile, finishing 12th overall (4:21.17@) … Wasa competitor in the 800-meter run (1:55.27@) … Ran best mile of career at the MountainT's Invitational (4:11.89@) … Turned in a personal record of 1:54.40@ in the 800m at theLumberjack Invitational.

High School: Graduated from McClintock High School in 2007 ... Four-year letterwinner incross country and track and field ... Was the 2006 4A Arizona state champion in crosscountry ... Claimed the 2006 and 2007 state championships in the 3,200m, and 1,600mchampion in 2007 for track.
