Also threw the shot put indoors, finding a season best of 39-7 (12.06m) at the Lumberjack Team Challenge ... Ended the indoor season with a 16th-place finish at the Big Sky Indoor Championships ... Outdoors, her best hammer throw performance, a three-meter PR of 175-3 (53.41m), came at the Mesa Classic ... Also competed in the discus and shot put during the outdoor campaign ... Season best in the discus (143-6/43.74m) came at the ASU Invitational, while her shot put best (41-11.25/12.78m) came at the Double Dual ... 2012: Helped bolster an already-strong NAU throws crew in her junior season as its No. 3 thrower indoors and outdoors ... Improved in the shot put at every meet, culminating in a mark of 41-11.75 at the NAU Tune-Up ... During the outdoor season, showed incredible progression once again by improving steadily, this time in the hammer throw and discus ... Earned PRs in both by doubling up at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a fifth-place finish in the discus (145-11) and eighth-place in the hammer (164-2).

2011: Upped her personal-best marks in every event in her sophomore campaign ... Scored her first-career Big Sky points at the outdoor championships with a seventh-place finish in the discus with a personal-best mark of 138 feet, 10 inches (42.33m) ... Also competed in the shot put and hammer throw at the outdoor championships ... Recorded season-best throws in the shot put (12.71m/41-8.5) and hammer (48.06m/157-8) at the NAU/ASU/UA Double Dual ... Participated in the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the weight throw ... Season-best weight throw mark came at the NAU Open when she hurdled 50 feet, eight inches in the event.
