2011 Cross Country: Competed in four events for the Lumberjacks after missing 2010 with a groin injury ... Notched a top-10 finish in her first appearance of the season at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree, placing 8th in 17:32.59 ... Ran a solid race at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational, finishing 67th (21:08.0) against a stacked field ... Earned her second cross country all-conference honor at the Big Sky Championship with a third-place finish (17:46.95) ... Was named to the All-Region team for the second time in her career after finishing 17th at Mountain Regionals (21:31.8).
2011 Track & Field: Closed out junior year with second-straight appearance at the NCAA West Preliminary Round Championships where she placed 34th overall in the 10,000-meter run (35:11.93) ... Recorded a personal-best time at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 10K for the second-straight year (34:55.16) with a second-place finish ... Also took fourth in the 5,000-meter run in a time of 17:09.71 ... Collected a personal-best time of 16:59.56 in the 5K at the Stanford Invitational ... Double up at the Big Sky Indoor Championships, recording a fifth-place finish in the 5K and sixth-place showing in the 3,000-meter run ... Season-best indoor 3K time came at the Husky Classic (10:10.81).

2010 Track & Field: Continued breakout sophomore campaign on the track by reaching the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 10,000-meter run … Came into the race ranked 41st in the region and finished 27th overall to end the year … Recorded new personal-best mark of 35:02.45@ on her way to a second-place finish in the 10K at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships … Followed up 10K performance with another outdoor personal record on the weekend, this time in the 5,000-meter run where she finished third in a time of17:21.78@ … Cruised to victory (35:18.67) in the women’s open division of the 10K at the Mt. SAC Relays, besting the second-place finisher by more than 20 seconds … Scored a fifth-place finish, and new personal best (17:08.91@), in the 5K at the Big Sky Indoor Championships … Doubled up in the 3K as well, taking eighth in the event … Ran 17:30.27 at the Husky Classic in first 5K of the season … Ran two 3Ks at the Mountain T’s Invitational and Lumberjack Invitational to open indoor campaign.
2009 Cross Country: In the five races she appeared in on the season, finished second on the team in four … Closed out season with a 23rd-place finish (21:39.1) at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships to earn first All-Region medal … Took second place (19:27.6) at the Big Sky Championships behind teammate Veronica Pohl to make first career All-Big Sky team … Finished 76th in the “white” race at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in a time of 21:50.9 … Turned in a 28th-place performance (18:10.6) at the Cowboy Jamboree to help the women’s team finish fourth overall … At the George Kyte Classic, opened season with a fourth-place finish with a season-best 5K time of 17:54.4.
2009 Track & Field: In freshman campaign with the Lumberjacks, recorded season-best indoor mark in the 3,000-meter run at the NAU Open (10:15.34@) ... At the Big Sky Indoor Championships, finished seventh overall in the 3,000m (10:17.06@) and fifth in the 5,000m (17:52.67@) ... At the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, finished second in the 10,000-meter run, scoring eight points for the Lumberjacks (37:21.91@) ... Also competed in the 5,000-meter run.
2008 Cross Country: Ran in seven races during first season with the Lumberjacks … Finished fifth on the team at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in a time of 22:12 … Took 34th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships to help the team finish third overall (21:28.4) … Ran to a season-best 13th-place finish (17:43.3) at the Big Sky Championships … Placed fifth on the team at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (22:10.8) … At the Cowboy Jamboree, finished 59th overall in the 6K event (22:53) … Finished 41st at the Aztec Invitational in San Diego (18:54) … Opened NAU career at the George Kyte Classic, finishing fifth in a time of 18:53.
