2014 Track & Field: Did not compete during the indoor season... Competed three meets during the outdoor season after recovering from injury... Season was highlighted by a great performance at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships where she took fourth place in the 10,000m run to help the Lumberjack women to a team title...
2013 Track & Field: Ran five times indoors, including the Big Sky Indoor Championships ... Season best in the 3,000 meters (10:30.92@) came at the NAU Invitational ... 5,000m season best, a time of 17:55.39@, was at the Mountain T's Invitational ... Ended the indoor campaign with a 13th-place finish in the 5,000 meters at Big Sky Indoors ... Ran in four meets outdoors, including the conference meet for the second-straight year ... Season best in the 5,000 meters came at the Sun Angel Classic (17:53.30) ... Set a PR in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays (36:25.10) ... Closed her sophomore campaign by scoring at Big Sky Outdoors with a seventh-place finish in a time of 37:57.32.
2012 Cross Country: Started the year off strong by leading her team at the George Kyte Classic in 15th overall ... After the Adidas Wisconsin Invitational, where she finished sixth on the team, her only other competition came at the Mountain Region Championships ... Came in fourth on the team and 59th overall at the meet in a time of 22:03.9.
2012 Track & Field: Competed during the indoor in the mile and 3,000 meters ... Only showing in the mile came at the NAU Tune-Up, where she managed a time of 5:39.33@ ... Best 3K time of 10:25.26@ came at the Mtn. T’s Invite ... Competed in the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs in her first outdoor season ... Had the team’s No. 5 time in the 5K after running a 17:50.86 at the Beach Invitational ... Scored her first team point at Big Sky Outdoors with an eighth-place finish in the 10K ... Her time of 36:29.87@ was a personal best and was good enough for third on the team.
2011 Cross Country: Solidified the No. 7 spot on the team by season's end in her first year with the Lumberjacks ... Saw her first action at the Dave Murray Invitational in Tucson, where she finished 23rd in a time of 18:32.0 ... Led a group of four NAU runners at the Grand Canyon Invitational, placing 13th overall (19:07.3) ... Ran at the Big Sky Championships, where she notched a solid 28th-place finish and a time of 19:26.94 ... Rounded out her inaugural season with a 67th-place mark (22:58.9) at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships.
High School: Graduated from Marcos de Niza High School in 2011 ... Won Division II state cross country title her senior year ... Followed that victory up with a track & field state championship in the mile run, and anchored her 4x800-meter relay team to a state title as well ... Earned All-State and All-Region awards throughout her career... Was the Tempe All-City champion in cross country ... Named an Arizona Dairy Council All-American her senior year.
