2011 Cross Country: Was one of only three Lumberjack runners to compete in six meets during the season ... Started off the year with a sixth-place finish at the George Kyte Classic, completing the 8K course in 26:28.6 ... Best 8K finish of the year came at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree, where he finished 41st in 24:59.52 ... Earned all-conference and all-region honors for the first time in his cross country career, placing seventh (25:03.66) at the conference meet and 24th (31:15.8) at the the NCAA Mountain Region Championships ... Wrapped up his cross country career at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., finishing the 10K course in 31:14.3 (155th).
2011 Track & Field: Competed during the indoor and outdoor campaigns for the Lumberjacks in his first year on campus ... Closed out the 2011 season with a seventh-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (14:20.89) at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships and an eighth-place showing in the 1,500-meter run (3:52.82) ... Season-best 1,500m time came at the 53rd Annual Mt. SAC Relays when he crossed the finish line in 3:48.20 ... Scored 10 points at the Big Sky Indoor Championships after finishing fourth in the mile (4:11.28@) and in the 800-meter run (1:53.07@).
2010 Cross Country: Placed 45th overall at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships from Rose Park Golf Course in Salt Lake City, Utah … Finished first 10K at the regional in a time of 31:18.2 …Took 90th, finishing in a time of 24:51.7, in the ‘blue’ race at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in first career trip to Terre Haute, Ind. … Made collegiate debut at the Stanford Invitational … Finished 80th overall in a time of 25:17.
Before NAU: Attended Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia ... Recorded time of 3:49.29 in the 1,500m at the Australian Athletics Championships ... Turned in time of 8:30.75 in the 3,000-meter Under 20 A Race at the 2006 Zatopek Classic, finishing one spot behind teammate Ben Ashkettle ... Finished second overall behind teammate Ashkettle for the second straight year in a time of 8:17.48 in the U-20 3,000m at the 2007 Zatopek.
