  • Set personal best in 5K with 16:11.00 at 2020 Husky Classic (College).
  • Set personal best and placed 1st in 3K with 9:47.05 at Big Sky Championships.
  • Set personal best with 4:54.78 in Mile at Big Sky Championships.
  • Women’s Most Valuable Athlete at Big Sky Championships.

2018: Competed in four races during indoor season... Set PR in the mile with a time of 5:09.03 at the Don Kirby Elite event to earn a 10th-place finish... Finished eighth in the 5000m race at indoor conference championships with a time of 18:04.39...

2017: Competed at three indoor meets for NAU … Scored points in both the 3000m (2 pts) and 5000m (5 pts) events at indoor conference championships … Added three more meets to the outdoor schedule … Record a big run in the 5K event at Bryan Clay, PR’ing with a 16:26.74 time … Also set a career-best in the 1500m (4:29.08) at Big Sky Outdoor Championships, adding five points to the women’s title run
 
2016: Redshirted the indoor season … Made her inaugural Lumberjack track & field debut at the UC Irvine Spring Break Invitational … Competed in a total of five outdoor meets … Set PR’s in the 1500m (4:43.50 – Jim Click Shootout), 5000m (17:27.47 – Cal State Fullerton Five-Way) and 10,000m (38:14.11 – Big Sky Outdoor Conference Championships)

Why did you choose NAU?

My high school coach is a former NAU athlete and brought my teammates and me to visit the campus several times after competing in Arizona for track & field. I fell in love with the beautiful campus and the town of Flagstaff. I also enjoyed the team and everyone seemed to have the same goal of winning and improving their running.

  • Received Undergraduate in Health Science- Public Health with a minor in Psychology and Fitness Wellness Coaching
