2024 Indoor: Ran a season best 60-meter hurdle time of 9.36 at the Friday Night Axe ‘Em Open…Ran a season best 200-meter time of 27.50 at the Friday Night Axe ‘Em Open…Finished 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at the Lumberjack Team Challenge with a time of 9.48.

2023 Outdoor: Ran a personal best 100-meter hurdles time of 15.23 at the GCU Invitational…Set a personal best in the javelin throw at the GCU Invitational after hitting a mark of 30.26 meters…Set a personal best in the long jump at the Willie Williams Classic with a mark of 4.93 meters, also setting a PR in the 200-meter with a time of 27.10…Ran a personal best 400-meter hurdle time of 1:05.77 at the Desert Heat Classic.

2023 Indoor: Set a personal best in the high jump with a mark of 1.57 meters at the Lumberjack Team Challenge…Earned a personal best 3,224 points in the pentathlon at the Ron Mann Classic, also setting PRs in the shot put (10.09 meters) and the 800-meter (2:38.40)...Ran a personal best time of 26.76 in the 200-meter at the Don Kirby Invitational…Ran a personal best 60-meter hurdle time of 8.96 at the NAU Tune Up, also setting a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 5.39 meters.
