2025 Outdoor: Opened the season with a third place finish at the Willie Williams Classic in the 1500 with a time of 3:50.12... Ran a personal best of 14:01.59 in the 5k at the Bryan Clay Invitational to place 15th... Ran a personal best in the 1500m at the Desert Heat Classic, crossing the line in 3:49.12 to place 11th.
2025 Indoor: Finished fourth at the Friday Night Axe ‘Em Open with a mile time of 4:17.09… Placed eighth at the Lumberjack Team Challenge with a mile time of 4:16.26… Ran a 3000-meter  time of 8:44.48 to place fourth… Finished 12th at the 2025 Husky Classic with a personal best time of 14:06.96 in the 5k.

I chose NAU because of the amazing culture and success that the program has had in track and field/cross country. It’s also just an amazing place to train/live with the altitude, the wonderful weather and the spectacular scenery.
