2012 Cross Country: Ended the season as the squad's alternate to the NCAA Championships in his lone campaign as a Lumberjack ... Garnered a Top-25 finish at the Big Sky Championships with an 8K time of 26:19.8 ... Crossed the line at the Mountain Region Championships in 64th (32:07.9) ... Best finish of the year was 12th overall at NAU's home opener, the George Kyte Classic.

Before NAU: Competed for the Orange from 2008-2012 in both cross country and track and field ... Best career finish on the cross country course came at the Big East Preview meet in 2010, where he finished seventh with a time of 18:41.5 ... Set three personal bests on the indoor track in 2011, running 4:20.77 in the mile and the Cornell Upstate meet, 8:22.50 in the 3,000m at Columbia, and 14:25.97 in the 5,000m at the Valentine Invite ... Career mark in the 10K (30:43.74) came at the Cornell Big Red meet. 

High School: Held five school records upon graduation, three in track and field and two in cross country … Named All-WAC Conference and Team MVP his junior year … Named All-SAL Conference his sophomore year … Team captain junior and senior year … Earned the Raider Hustle Award for cross country during his senior year … Received the Most Valuable Freshman Award.
