2013 Track & Field: Saw action in both indoor and outdoor seasons in her sophomore campaign ... Best 3,000m time indoors (10:48.40@) came at the NAU Invitational ... Ran season-best in 5,000m (18:25.63@) at the Mountain T's Invitational ... Set a PR in the mile (5:08.14@) at Big Sky Indoors and placed 16th overall ... Took eighth as part of the distance medley relay at the same meet ... Competed outdoors in the steeplechase for the first time at the ASU Invitational, running her PR of 11:24.93 ... Finished outdoor season 11th in the Big Sky in the steeplechase
2012 Cross Country: Competed in the Big Sky Championships for the first time in her career, placing 48th overall in a 5K time of 19:12.2 ... Ran three other races in the regular season, the best of which came at the home-opening George Kyte Classic ... Took 21st at that meet in a time of 18:39.8.
2012 Track & Field: Had the team’s No. 4 time in the 3,000m and No. 5 time in the 5,000m during the indoor season ... Ran 10:20.33@ at the Mtn. T’s Invite for her career-best 3K time ... Came in 12th overall in the 5K at Big Sky Indoors with a PB of 18:20.37@ ... Best showing during the outdoor season in the 5K came at the Beach Invitational (18:35.60) ... Ran a season-best 1,500-meter time of 4:56.43 at the Tailwind Invite.
2011 Cross Country: Competed in three races during her inaugural season with the Lumberjacks ... Placed 30th (19:49.0) at the George Kyte Classic to begin her NAU career ... Cracked the Top 20 in her final two races, earning a 20th-place mark at the Dave Murray Invitational (18:28.0) and a 17th-place finish at the Grand Canyon Invitational (19:38.9).
High School: Graduated from Bakersfield High School in 2011 ... Competed in three sports in high school--soccer, cross country, and track & field ... Was team captain all four years in both cross country and track & field ... Named All-Area Athlete of the Year in cross country ... Named MVP of her cross country team four times ... Was MVP and named to the All-Area First Team her senior year ... Set school records in the 3-mile, 5K, and 1-mile runs ... Her new record in the 1-mile (5:05) replaced a 33-year-old mark of 5:10.
