2023 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 1,500-meter at the Willie Williams Classic with a time of 4:31.51…Finished second in the 5K at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 16:03.38…Ran a personal best 1,500-meter time of 4:18.59 at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Ran a personal best 3,000-meter steeplechase time of 10:04.00 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2022 Indoor: Ran personal best 3K time of 9:14.99 at the Husky Classic...Set personal best mile time of 4:40.19 at the UW Invite...Ran an 800-meter personal best time of 2:18.32 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.

2021 Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 5K preliminaries at West Coast Relays (16:24.13)..1500m Big Sky Champion (4:21.27)...Placed second in the 5K at Big Sky Championships with a time of 16:38.10.

2019 Indoor (Villanova): Earned All-BIG EAST recognition in the Mile and was part of the Wildcats conference champion 4x800 meter relay ... Registered personal best times in both the Mile and the 3000 meters during the season; Husky Classic (2/8): Made her season debut at the high-level Washington meet, where she came in 17th in the 3000 meters with a personal best time of 9:13.03; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Finished third in the Mile and recorded a personal best time of 4:45.27 in the final ... Ranked fourth overall in the preliminary heats in 5:01.04 before moving up a spot in the final ... Ran the second leg of the 4x800 meter relay to help Villanova win a conference title with a winning time of 8:52.97 ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the Mile, and her contributions during the meet were a part of the Wildcats winning their record 16th team title and fourth in the last six years at the conference meet.

High School: Ran a personal best 800-meter time of 2:11.38...Ran a personal best 1,500-meter time of 4:17.93...Ran a personal best 3K time of 9:15.30...Ran a personal best 2 mile time of 9:54.40.

TF/XC Accomplishments: BC High School 1500m/3000m record holder...Four-time Team Canada representative (2017 Track Pan-Am, 2018 World Track, 2019 World Cross & NACAC)...2018 Brooks PR Champion.

Why did you choose NAU?

I chose NAU for the team atmosphere, the coaching staff, and to be in the mountains.

Academic: Majoring in Environmental Sustainability with a minor in Geology. 

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Andrea...Sister to Atley...Birthday is November 18.
