SAC Relays with a time of 9:23.11 … Season-best 1,500m time came at the Beach Invitational (4:07.35) … Ran the 1,200m leg of the men’s Distance Medley Relay team that finished second overall at the Big Sky Indoor Championships … Season-best mile time came at the NAU Team Challenge (4:19.54@).

2010: Ran for the Lumberjacks in both the indoor and outdoor seasons … Focused on the 800-meter run indoors, collecting a season-best time of 1:55.76@ at the NAU Team Challenge … During the outdoor campaign, competed in the 800m, 1m500m and 3,000m steeplechase … Collected personal-best 1,500m time of 4:02.06 at the ASU-NAU-UA Double Dual and scored best steeplechase mark at the Beach Invitational (9:25.41) … Big Sky Outdoor Championships competitor in the steeplechase (9:33.14@).

2009: Competed mainly in the 800m and steeplechase events ... Best 800m time was at the ASU Invitational (1:56.32) ... Recorded best 3,000m steeplechase time at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (9:45.53).

2008: In his first year with the Lumberjacks, recorded best 800m time at the AZUSA Pacific Invitational (1:58.95, and best 400-meter hurdles time at the Double Duals (56.49).

High School: Graduated from Chardan High School in 2007 ... Lettered four years in track and field, three years in soccer and one year in cross country ... Broke three records including, the 300m hurdles (40.0), 4x800m (7:52.9), 4x1600 (17:55) and the indoor distance medley relay.
