2016 (Freshman): Played in 18 of 22 games...Earned her first career start against Illinois-Chicago on Sept. 9...Had two total starts on the year...Led the team in assists with six...Finished her rookie campaign with six points...Attempted seven shots with six on goal...Played a career and season high 69 minutes at Idaho (Oct. 21).

High School: Attended Kamiakin High School...Was a four-year starter and letterwinner for her high school team...Her team won districts, regionals and state in 2013, 2014 and 2015...Was first-team all-state, all-area and all-conference in 2015 at midfielder..Named the 2012 and 2015 MVP for Kamiakin High School...Second-team all-state, all-area and all-conference in 2013 at defender...A 2015 state champion in the 300m hurdles, 100m hurdles, 4x100 relay and 4x200 relay...Named All-Area Female MVP for track & field in 2015...Is the second fastest 300m hurdler in school history.

Personal: Heather Donais was born on October 8 to Don and Joyce Donais... Has one younger sister Britney Donais... Most memorable moment is winning her fourth gold medal at state track in 2015... Mom Joyce ran track at the University of Washington on a full ride and almost qualified for the Olympic trials... Chose NAU because of the people and love of the atmosphere.
