2025-26 (Sophomore): Had two personal bests in 100-yard backstroke (57.15) and 200-yard backstroke (2:04.09), claiming bronze and silver respectively against NMSU…Set personal best in 100-yard butterfly (1:00.59) and secured bronze in 200-yard individual medley (2:10.71) against Utah Tech…Claimed silver with B-team in 200-yard medley relay posting a personal best (leadoff, 27.40) and gold in 200-yard backstroke (2:03.44)...Completed two-day faceoff against Utah Tech with podium finishes in all four events including silver in 200-yard backstroke (2:01.83), 200-yard individual medley (2:10.24), and 100-yard backstroke (57.52), and bronze in 400-yard medley relay (leadoff, 57.52)...Set two personal bests at MPSF Championships in 200-yard individual medley (2:05.70) and 400-yard individual medley (4:25.03).

2024-25 (Freshman at Utah Tech): At WAC Championships claimed silver in 100-yard backstroke with a personal best of 57.42 and set two additional personal bests in 200-yard backstroke prelims (2:04.27) and 400-yard individual medley finals (4:29.98). 

High School: Competed for Oregon City, earning four varsity letters and serving as team captain for two years… Swam with Dolphins Portland Swimming Club for four years.

Personal: Allie Hayes was born on September 16 to parents Doug and Lindy… Has a younger brother, Carson and a younger sister, Taylor… She enjoys hiking, going outside, and water activities… Chose NAU for the great program and facilities.
