2023-24 (Sophomore): Set three seasons bests at the WAC Championships in the 50 free (24.64), 100 back (55.96) and made the B-Final in the 200 back (2:00.83) … placed fourth at the Arizona meet in the 200 back (58.04) on Jan 5.

2022-23 (Freshman): Started her freshman season campaign as the 2022 Pentathalon champion with 3,610 points after four top-three finishes... Led the Jacks to taking down Pac-12 opponent Washington State with two first-place finishes in the 100 back and the 200 back... Earned a second place time in the 400 medley relay at Utah Tech (3:43.80)... Recorded season best time in 100 back at WAC Championships (54.62).

High School: Gracie attended Xavier College Prep where she swam for four years under head coach Mark Rankin and Glen Coy... Earned most valuable swimmer awards in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade... Earned 2021 Scholar All-American time in the 100 fly at 55.36 and a Scholastic All-American consideration time in the 100 back at 55.90... Won 2021 State Championship in 100 fly along with runner up in 100 back... Swam for Phoenix Swim Club for 9 years where she qualified for Futures.

Personal: Gracie Munk was born on March 18, 2004 to Kevin Munk and Gina Marcelli-Munk... Both of her parents attended NAU for college... She is the sister to older brother Garrett Munk who swims at Saint Louis University.
