Senior (2022-23): Earned silver at the WAC Championships in the 200 IM, setting her career best and program record for NAU (2:00.04)... Placed second alongside teammates in the 400 medley relay at WC Championship for another silver medal (3:39.93)...Broke the NAU record in the 200 breaststroke for WAC gold after finishing at (2:12.95).

Junior (2021-22): Won first career WAC gold medal with 2:15:56 time in 200 breaststroke, the fourth highest time in the event at the time... Finished seventh in 100 breaststroke at 2022 WAC Championships (1:02:86), also a career-best... Finished fourth in the 200 IM Finals with a time of 2:01.91, nearly three seconds faster then her previous record... Won 200 breaststroke against New Mexico (2:24.05) and finished second against Lobos in 100 breaststroke (1:06.12).

Sophomore (2020-21): Competed in the 2021 WAC Championships in three events... Had a fifth place finish in the 200 IM (2:04.61)...7th place finish in the 200 breaststroke (2:20.34)... Finished 9th in the B finals of the 100 breaststroke (1:04.60)... Had the fastest time in the 200 IM with 2:04.61.

Freshman (2019-20): Named to 2020 Spring All-Academic WAC… Appeared in all dual meets for the Lumberjacks… Placed fifth in the 200 breaststroke (2:17.35) at WAC Championships… 16th in 200 IM (2:06.97)... and 19th in 100 breast (1:05.58)... Took first overall in the 500 free (5:13.17) in a double dual meet against Air Force and CSU... Tied for first in the yearly Pentathlon with Niamh McDonagh.

High School: Haley attended high school at Ironwood Ridge HS in Tucson, Ariz., swimming under Matt Pope for four years... As a four year letterwinner and one year captain, Haley was also recognized as MVP and Best Coaches Assistant... She was an Arizona Academic Scholar, receiving a medal for graduation... Won second and third placements all throughout high school state meets, breaking records in the 200 IM, 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay... On her club team, she broke records for the 200 and 100 breaststroke, 200 IM, 200 freestyle, 200 and 100 backstroke and the 500 and 1650 freestyle.

Personal: Haley Mayhew was born on Oct. 30, 2000... She is the daughter to father Craig Mayhew and mother Amy Slade and sister to Ashton, Dylan, and Mallory... She enjoys art as well as playing the piano and ukulele... Her most exciting memory is when she first got her cat, Hamilton.
