2020-21 (Senior): Earned two individual gold medals and one relay in the 2021 WAC Championships... Broke the NAU record in the 100 breaststroke, timing in at 1:01.14... Earned a gold medal in the event at the 2021 WAC Championships with that time... Scored second individual gold in the 200 breaststroke, with a time of 2:14.96... Found relay gold in the 400 medley relay, swimming in the second leg and pushed NAU to a time of 3:42.82.... Placed NAU in the top three (1:41.95) in the 200 medley relay swimming the second leg... Swam in the second leg of the 200 freestyle relay for NAU to place fifth (1:34.62)... Had a 12th place finish in the B finals of the 50 free (23.99), but found new personal best time in the preliminary round of the event (23.94).
2019-20 (Junior): Swam in the 50 free, 100 breaststroke, and 200 breaststroke at the 2020 WAC Championships… Earned new record best time in 50 free with a time of 24.18… Finished in first place in 100 breaststroke with 1:01.75… Second in 200 breast with 2:16.29… Also swam in the second leg of the 400 medley relay to finish first at 3:40.99.
2018-19 (Sophomore): Earned three gold medals at the WAC Championships... Swam in three events, the 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke, and 400 medley relay... Had a time of 1:01.16 in the 100 breast, 2:14.53 200 breast, and 3:41.29 medley relay... Swam at the NIC in 100 and 200 breaststroke, as well as the 200 and 400 medley relay... Placed 29th in the 100 breast with a time of 1:04.38 and 38th in 200 breast at 2:22.16... Swam a leg in the 400 medley to earn 17th timed in at 3:46.62... Another leg in the 200 medley to place 27th at 1:45.86.
2017-18 (Freshman): Earned two All-WAC second team honors at WAC Championships...Swam in 100 and 200 breaststroke, 50 freestyle and 200 and 400 medley relays at the WAC Championships...Finished sixth in the 100 Breast with a time of 1:04.02...Swam in C final and finished 20th in the 200 Breast with a season-best time of 2:24.42...Swam in C final and finished 22nd in the 50 Free after a season-best prelim time of 24.24...Swam the second leg of the 200 Medley Relay team that finished second with a time of 1:42.09...Also swam the second leg of the 400 Medley Relay team that finished fourth with a time of 3:45.20...Recorded a season-best time of 1:03.63 in the 100 Breast versus New Mexico State...Totaled 11 top-three finishes with three relay wins during the season.

Personal: Hope Alaine Williams was born June 23 in Webster, Texas...Daughter of Jason and Laura Williams…Three younger brothers, Conner, Reid and Colby…Mother, Laura, played basketball at Southwestern University…Hobbies include reading, outdoor activities, hanging out with friends and cooking…Lists most exciting event was when she got to represent the state of Texas and carry the flag during the opening ceremonies at the State Games of America…Chose NAU because she fell in love with the campus and Flagstaff and felt an instant connection with Coach Johns and the team.
