2023-24 (Junior): Was on 400-yard medley relay team that broke the NAU pool record in January vs Utah Tech with a time of 3:43.48 … earned three season bests at WAC Championships in the 100 free (52.33), 200 free (1:54.76), and 100 back (58.04).

2022-23 (Freshman): Marked season best in 50 free at TYR/CMU Invitational (24.13)... Picked up three more season bests at the WAC Championships in the 100 free (52.46), 200 free (1:53.77), and 100 back (58.41).

High School: Attended Century High School is Bismarck, North Dakota where she swam for coaches Kathy Aspaas and Spencer Wheeling for four years... Became the 200 Freestyle State Champion in 2020... All-State Conference 1st team in 2020... All-State Conference 2nd team in 2017, 2018, 2019... WDA All-Conference team 2017-2020. 

Personal: Sarah is the daughter of Marcia and Aaron and the older sister to Hannah and Jacob. Sarah enjoys wake surfing, rollerblading, and playing guitar outside of the pool.
