2023-24 (Junior): At WAC Championships, set three season bests by placing 14th in 200 IM (2:05.15) …  came in 20th in the 100 back (57.20) … and came in seventh place in the 200 back (2:00.94) … won her third WAC Championship with the Lumberjacks.

2022-23 (Sophomore): Scored points at the WAC Championships In the 200 IM finals, finishing in eighth place with a career top time (2:03.99)... Finished fifth in the 100 back finals at WAC Championships with a career best (55.85)... Recorded career top time and team best in the 2022-23 season in the 200 back at WAC Championships while (1:58.17). 

2021-22 (Freshman): Won the 200-yard backstroke in the in the UNLV First Chance Invite (2:05.05)... Also finished third in the 200-yard IM (2:13.03)... Finished second in the 100-yard backstroke against Arizona Christian and Ottawa (58.99).

High School: Four year letter holder, All Area Swimmer of the year, Berthoud Sports Hall of Fame. Jamie broke every school record in Swimming. She won conference her sophomore season, competed at state championships all four years. 

Personal: Jamie Dellwardt was born on May 25th 2003. Her parents are Amy and Dave Dellwardt and are both teachers, Jamie has a sister, Tori Dellwardt. She admires her sister because of her different interests and how much support she shows her, she knows she can always turn to her for help. Jamie enjoys painting, and playing with her dog.
