Jordan Anderson, Northern Arizona's single season digs record holder, joined the NAU Volleyball staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2019 season. Anderson was a four-year letterwinner under head coach Ken Murphy from 2015-18 and concluded her career third all-time in program history with 1,457 digs.

Anderson was a vital member of NAU's two Big Sky Championship and NCAA Tournament teams in 2015 and 2018. She appeared in 120 matches in her career and served as the Lumberjacks' libero in 81 matches over her last three years. In addition to finishing third all-time in digs, Anderson concluded her career fifth in program history in dig average with 3.39 per set and fifth with 430 sets played.

The Phoenix native ranked 17th in the nation as a senior in 2018 with a school record 635 digs, breaking the previous single season mark held by current NAU assistant coach Anna Lofgren. During her final season, Anderson was a two-time Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week honoree and also ranked 73rd in the nation with 4.81 digs per set. In her final match as a Lumberjack, she tallied 24 digs against Washington State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, which stands as the highest dig total by a Lumberjack in an NCAA Tournament match.

Anderson has club coaching experience with 12's and 13's teams at Revolution Volleyball Academy in Phoenix.

She graduated with her bachelor's degree in strategic communication from NAU in the spring of 2019. The two-time Big Sky All-Academic selection and Golden Eagle Scholar-Athlete Award recipient is pursuing her master's degree in higher education leadership.
