Eric Carpenter joined the Lumberjacks in June 2025 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. Carpenter works directly with the NAU football program and is currently working towards a master's degree in human relations.

Carpenter completed his bachelor's degree in athletic training at Ohio State University in 2025. During his time in Columbus, he had the opportunity to work with the Ohio State Football team and wrestling team in addition to serving as a summer athletic training intern for the New Orleans Saints.

 

Carpenter is currently a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, video games and trying new coffee shops and restaurants.
