Khiarica Rasheed averaged 17.3 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.0 steals for the NAU women's basketball team across three games to open the 2018-19 season. She also shot 65.6 percent from the floor and 76.9 percent at the free throw line. After opening up the season with 12 points and seven rebounds in an 86-73 win over Fresno State on Tuesday, Nov. 6, Rasheed exploded for a career-high 24 points on 11-for-12 shooting on the road in a 65-58 victory versus Seattle on Friday, Nov. 9. Rasheed, the Big Sky Women's Basketball Player of the Week, finished the weekend with a 16-point performance against Washington on Sunday, Nov. 11.
