Tim Handel was perfect in the NAU men's tennis team's unbeaten weekend at Northern Colorado and Denver, going 2-0 in both singles and doubles. Handel helped the Lumberjacks to a 6-1 win over Northern Colorado on Saturday, March 16 and a 4-3 triumph over Denver on Sunday, March 17. Handel defeated the Bears' Kyle Pease, 6-2, 6-4, and then proceeded to beat Mattia Ros, 7-5, 6-4 of the Pioneers at No. 1 singles. He also teamed with Ruben Montano for a pair of doubles victories at No. 1.
