Swimming in her final home meet, senior Maddie Seidl came away with three victories in last week's swim meet against Dixie State. Starting off the day with a victory in the 200 medley relay alongside Sophie Velitchkov, Abbie Nelson and Maddy Rey, Seidl swam the third leg as the group finished in 1:46.60. The senior followed up the relay victory with wins in both the 200 butterfly (2:03.12) and 100 butterfly (55.70) helping the team come away with a 157-101 victory against its newest WAC rival. Seidl's three victories also earned her WAC Swimmer of the Week honors for the first time in her career. NAU also honored Seidl alongisde five other seniors to celebrate Senior Day during one of the meets intermissions.
