Setting a pair of UNLV Myron Partridge Stadium facility records, NAU's Parker Joens recorded personal records in both the shot put and discus this past weekend at the UNLV Silver State Classic. With his 19.01 meter throw in shot put, Joens moved to 11th in the NCAA West Region while his discus throw of 56.34m landed him 15th in the West.
