Freshman Alaina Diggs took home first place in the shot put at the UNLV Silver State Classic this past weekend in Las Vegas as she threw a personal record of 16.13 meters. The throw landed her 20th in the NCAA's West Region during her first season of outdoor competition for the Lumberjacks.
