Tyler Day placed third with a time of 30:16.5 for the 10K course at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships last Friday, Nov. 10 at the Reeder Cross Country Course in Logan, Utah. Day's top finish helped the Lumberjack men's cross country team win the Mountain Regional Championships for the second consecutive season ahead of this week's NCAA Championships.
