Andy Trouard broke sub-four in the men’s mile event at the University of Washington Invitational last Saturday with a 3:58.01 performance. His performance was the second-fastest time ran indoors in NAU history. He easily set a new personal-best with the mark as he finished second overall in the event and as the top collegiate finisher. Trouard currently owns the fourth-fastest time in the country.
