FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (Jan. 17, 2018) – The Northern Arizona men's basketball team hosts a pair of key Big Sky Conference games this week at the J. Lawrence Walkup Skydome as it battles Eastern Washington on Thursday, Jan. 18 in a 6:30 p.m. MST tip and follows with a matchup against Idaho on Saturday, Jan. 20 in a 5 p.m. MST start.
Fans are reminded that parking is free for all NAU Basketball games and that tickets start at $8 ($6 for youth and seniors).
Free t-shirts will be given to all NAU students in attendance for Thursday's game vs. Eastern Washington and on Saturday, Jan. 20 vs. Idaho all fans will receive a free NAU Yowie Bandana.
Thursday's game vs. Eastern Washington will be aired live on NAU-TV (Suddenlink Channel 3 in Flagstaff) Friday's meeting with Idaho will be televised live on Phoenix's CW6 (Suddenlink Channel 6 in Flagstaff).
Both games will be broadcast live on the Lumberjack Radio Network with the voice of the Lumberjacks Mitch Strohman on the call beginning with the pregame show 30 minutes prior to tipoff. Each contest will also be streamed on
PlutoTV (channel 239) and
WatchBigSky.com.
The Lumberjacks are currently 3-15 overall and 0-5 in Big Sky action entering this week's homestand.

Brooks DeBisschop paces NAU on the glass with a team-best 6.6 rebounds per contest and junior
Isaiah Thomas leads the way with a team-best 24 blocks, including 19 in the last six games.
Eastern Washington enters Thursday's clash with an 8-10 overall record and a 3-2 mark in Big Sky Conference games. The Eagles have only posted two wins in 10 games away from home this season and have dropped of their last seven road contests.
EWU is led Bogdan Bliznyuk who is averaging a team-high 18.2 points per game, which also ranks eighth among Big Sky Conference leaders.
Idaho enters this week boasting an 11-6 mark, which includes a 3-2 record in conference play. Prior to Saturday's game at NAU, the Vandals will travel to Cedar City, Utah to meet Southern Utah on Thursday, Jan. 18.
The Vandals are paced by Victor Sanders who is currently posting 19.5 points per contest, the third-highest total in the Big Sky Conference.
The Lumberjacks lead the all-time series with Eastern Washington 37-31 and trail Idaho 40-19 entering this week's action.
