EUGENE, Ore. (June 24, 2022) – Northern Arizona star-sprinter, Alyssa Colbert, finishes fifth in the women's 100-meter finals with a lifetime best of 11.28 at the U20 USATF Championships; unfortunately, due to wind regulations, Colbert's time is omit from record considerations.
Although Colbert was not amongst the two highest placing finishers, the USATF stipulates that up to three additional athletes may be selected for each relay team among all place finishers at the 2022 USATF U20 Outdoor Championships.
Colbert qualified for event finals with a preliminary time of 11.42 earlier today, and will return tomorrow for the women's 200-meter preliminary race at 3:24 p.m. (MST).
