NCAA Diving Zones Begin in Flagstaff

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (March 11, 2024) – Hosting the NCAA Zone E Diving Championship, the Northern Arizona Diving team qualified three divers into the 1-meter finals on Monday at the Wall Aquatic Center. 
 
"Having three in the finals, we did a really good job today and we were so consistent," head diving coach Nikki Kelsey said. "We were fighting for every point that we could today." 
 
In the finals, Maegan Jensen came in 15th place with 512.40 points. Mackenna Stocker came in 16th place earning 501.15 points. Margaret Wesche came in 17th place with 497.95 points. 
 
Also competing today, Grace Wesche came in 20th place, scoring 255.05 points. Kendall Marquez followed for NAU in 28th place, earning 239.35 points. Victoria Knapp closed things out for the Jacks with 231.35 points. 
 
Tuesday's events will begin at 11:30 a.m. MST and will feature 3-meter diving on the women's side.
