IRVING, Texas (April 13, 2026) – Nine Northern Arizona football seniors were among the record-number players on the 2026 National Football Foundation (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society, announced by the NFF.

Kolbe Katsis,
Quinlan Popham,
Jayson Raines,
Jaylan Wesley and
Brandon Wong earned recognition among the 2,624 honorees representing 368 schools across six divisions. The 2,624 honorees are an all-time single-year record as the NFF Hampshire Honor Society celebrates its 20th anniversary.
The NFF Hampshire Honor Society was created in 2007 and is one of the most comprehensive scholar-athlete initiatives in collegiate athletics. It recognizes football players from all divisions who have maintained a cumulative 3.2 undergraduate GPA or higher through their college careers.
In addition to the academic minimum, a player must have been a senior who will graduate this spring or summer and completed his final year of eligibility in 2025, or a graduated player or transfer who has already earned a bachelor's degree and competed in 2025, while having been a starter or contributor in the fall.
