FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (September 23, 2026) - The Northern Arizona women's tennis team will start their Fall 2026 season at the Lumberjack Classic hosted in Flagstaff from Sept. 25-27.
The three-day event will begin at 9 a.m. MST each day, and includes squads from Grand Canyon, North Texas, Utah Tech, and New Mexico State.
Ewa Bogusz continues to lead the 'Jacks as she heads into her ninth season as head coach with a team of five returning players and one new addition.
Freshman Sofiia Kucherova from Kyiv, Ukraine is a new addition to the team, while Madelynn Ludwig, Andrea Noguera, Natalie Rainke, Leontina Stojanovic, and Mia Wolter are returning from last season.
The Lumberjacks hosted New Mexico State last spring and fell in a 4-3 decision. NAU will see Utah Tech during the Spring season as a new member of the Big Sky Conference this year.
