Previous School: Played one year at Virginia Military Institute, before transferring to Kilgore JC…Named First Team All-Region and First Team All-Conference…Was a JUCO All-American nominee…While at Kilgore, helped lead the team to the regular season championship and an automatic bid to the JUCO National Tournament…Helped Kilgore to an overall record of 27-6.

High School: Competed at Booker T. Washington High School for Coach Darren Sanderlin…Served two years as team captain… Averaged 14.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists his senior season of 2010-11...Averaged 14.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists as a junior...Also a standout on the Booker T. Washington volleyball team.
