Fall 2021: Played in 4 games during the season... Finished with 6 total tackles, 5 solo, and 1 sack against Southern Utah... Added a pair of quarterback hurries and 1 pass breakup against Cal Poly.

Spring 2021: Played in 2 games during the spring, recording 4 tackles and 1 quarterback hurry... 3 tackles came against Weber State... Recorded the hurry against Idaho in the season finale as the Lumberjacks finished with 8 as a team.

San Jose State (2018-19): Appeared in eight games during the 2018 season... Recorded four tackles... Had two unassisted tackles at Oregon... Also credited with tackles against UC Davis and Hawaii. Redshirted during the 2019 season for the Spartans.

San Jose City College (2016-17): Played two seasons for San Jose City College... Credited with 36 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and three fumble recoveries in 2017.

HIGH SCHOOL: Also played basketball and baseball at Fairmont Prep in Anaheim, Calif.

Personal: Brother Larnell Ransom played at San Jose State from 2002 to 2004.
