2016: Competed in all 11 games…Registered 20 tackle and 3.0 sacks on the season…Opened his NAU career with one tackle at Arizona State…Made three stops in the win over New Mexico Highlands, including an 11-yard sack and two quarterback hurries…Had four tackles, including a 2.0 sacks for a loss of 17 yards…Was also credited with a forced fumble…Had two tackles apiece in the victories against Montana and Weber State…In the season finale had a career-high six tackles against Southern Utah.

Prior to NAU: Transferred in from Utah.

High School: Competed at Youngker High School...Was the first athlete from Youngkers to go Division I in any sport...Was named All-Section...Also competed in basketball and track & field. 

Personal: Born March 15..Son of Clarence and Keysha Smith...Has three sisters, Clarissa, Kahlia, and Kamrynn.
