Allie Banducci enters her first season with the Northern Arizona football program having joined the university as its director of recruiting in June 2022.

Prior to arriving at Northern Arizona, Banducci earned a bachelor’s degree in both sports management and economics from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington in June 2022. During her time as an undergrad, Banducci spent time in multiple roles for both the athletic department and the football program.

Beginning as a compliance intern in August 2019, Banducci spent a year working in Central Washington’s compliance office before moving to the football program. Beginning as the team’s social media coordinator in August 2020, Banducci helped develop new recruiting strategies based off of the team’s social media marketing and helped build the program’s fan base through the accounts. Additionally, Banducci took over as Central Washington’s on-campus recruiting coordinator in August 2020, organizing visits, recruiting camps and managing communication between the program’s coaching staff and recruits.
