2024: Played in and started all 13 games... Helped the Lumberjacks rush for the sixth-most amount yards per game in the conference, rushing for over 200 yards in four games.

Prior to Northern Arizona: Ralph Frias spent five seasons at Arizona State, appearing in 26 games on the offensive line. In his final year with the Sun Devils, he played in 10 games and graduated in the Spring of 2021 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies. Frias went on to spend one season at Utah State before joining the Lumberjacks.
 
Frias is an Arizona product and prepped at Safford High School where he anchored an offensive line that helped the Bulldogs rush for 1,890 yards during his senior season. He was a three-star prospect and ranked as the No. 64 offensive tackle prospect nationally and the No. 8 overall prospect in Arizona by ESPN.com.
