Beau Brewer returned to Northern Arizona University as an Athletic Trainer in May 2021 after completing an internship with the Denver Broncos for the 2020-21 season. Brewer will work primarily with the NAU Football program.
 
Prior to his internship with the Broncos, Brewer served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at NAU, where he earned a master’s degree in educational leadership and was responsible for the athletic healthcare of the men’s basketball student-athletes from 2018-20.
 
A native of Limon, Colo., Brewer completed his undergraduate degree in athletic training at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan. He worked closely with the football, men’s and women’s basketball and wrestling programs.
 
Brewer is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association. Brewer is also a certified corrective exercise specialist.
 
He enjoys snowboarding, golfing, woodworking and hiking in his free time.
