Darius Carter

Darius Carter is in his third season as a graduate assistant with the Northern Arizona men's basketball program. 

Carter was a four-year member of the Tusculum College men's basketball team. At the time of graduation, Carter held the Tusculum school career record for free throws made and attempted. He's a member of the school's 1,000-Point Club, registering 1,338 points at the conclusion of his career. He was a two-year captain and team MVP, earning all-conference honors his senior season.

Carter graduated from Tusculum College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in sport management in 2016.

Carter has worked basketball camps at Virginia Tech and Elon, while also assisting at the Kevin Keatts Camp, head coach at UNC Wilmington.

Carter is a native of Cascade, Va. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in educational leadership at Northern Arizona University.
