Kate Carns is the Northern Arizona women's basketball team's Director of Operations, a role she has held since August 2017. Her duties will include organizing and planning team travel, assisting with camps and administrative work.

Carns played collegiately at South Puget Sound Community College before receiving a scholarship to play at Simpson University.

The Napavine, Wash. native has coached at Napavine Middle and High Schools prior to arriving at NAU. She is currently finishing her bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts.
