In his first role with the Bulldogs as the Graduate Intern for Football Operations, Isbell was accountable for all operational aspects of the Bulldogs' football program including planning and coordinating all football-related events such as the SEC Championship, Rose Bowl, National Championship, Senior Gala, University of Georgia Coaches Clinic and Kirby Smart Football Camps. He also assisted with football community outreach efforts with the Boys and Girls Club and Extra Special People.

While acting as the Visiting Team Football Operations Liaison, Isbell assisted visiting teams with all of their game day needs and was the first-point of communication for visiting coaching and operations staffs regarding logistical matters, including planning postgame meals for opposing players, coaches and staff.
