With just 14 days until the Lumberjacks open the season at the J. Lawrence Walkup Skydome vs. Missouri State, the time to buy tickets is now!

Mike Marlow said.
In addition to new state-of-the-art videoboards which were installed in the Skydome, NAU Athletics has seen an increase of over 66 percent in Skyjacks membership and saw the level of contributions rise by 60 percent – which also marked the highest single-year donation total in the history of NAU Athletics.
Facility improvements have also included the installation and construction of a brand-new turf practice facility, which features a cushioned turf surface and full lighting so the field can be utilized for evening workouts.
The project was completed by Hellas Sports Construction, who has also developed and constructed practice facilities for the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Football Ticket Sales are Booming: Make Sure to Get Yours Today!
- Over 300 new season tickets were sold for the initial season of the "Chris Ball Era" of NAU Football
- NAU Athletics will offer discounted group tickets to the community this year for select games, purchases must be made 48 hours before kickoff to receive discount.
- Group theme days are as follows:
- Thursday, Aug. 29 vs. Missouri State (Education Day)
- Saturday, Sept. 14 vs. Western New Mexico (Scout Day/Flagstaff Community & Family Day) (Free NAU Louie Bobbleheads to the first 5,000 fans)
- Saturday, Oct. 5 vs. Northern Colorado (Marching Band Day)
- Saturday, Oct. 26 vs. Portland State (Medical Appreciation Day)
- Saturday, Nov. 9 vs. Sacramento State (Military Appreciation & Native American Heritage Day)
- Saturday, Nov. 23 vs. Idaho (Youth Sports Day & Education Day)

The Lumberjack Walk: An NAU Football Tradition
- Take a break in tailgating to welcome your Lumberjacks to the Skydome each gameday!
- The 'Jacks walk through the Skydome tailgate area approximately two hours before kickoff.
- The Lumberjack Walk begins at the east side of the Skydome and flows through the tailgate area giving fans an opportunity to give their favorite players a personal show of support!
